DAWSON CREEK MUNICIPAL PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD 2026 EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

The City of Dawson Creek is accepting Expressions of Interest from individuals who wish to be considered for a position on the Library Board. Applicants must be eligible electors of the City of Dawson Creek or the Peace River Regional District. Applications will be received until 4:30 pm on September 25, 2026, at admin@dawsoncreek.ca or in person at City Hall (temporary Dawson Creek Mall location) and should include a brief statement showing how the Board would benefit from your membership.

The successful applicant will be required to attend one regular meeting per month and occasionally, an additional meeting at the call of the Chair. The appointment is for a one-year term expiring November 30, 2027, with an option to be re-appointed to the Library Board for subsequent two-year terms, to a maximum of eight years of service on the Board.
