NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROPERTY DISPOSITION

Pursuant to section 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, the City of Dawson Creek hereby gives notice of its intention to lease approximately 1,000 square feet of space within the Dawson Creek Airport Terminal, located at 80 Vic Turner Airport Road, for the purpose of operating a restaurant.

The proposed lease is for a three (3) year term commencing February 1, 2027, and ending January 31, 2030, with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, at the sole discretion of the City and upon mutual agreement of both parties.

The City is inviting proposals from interested parties through Request for Proposals (RFP) 2026-40 – Restaurant Operations – City of Dawson Creek Airport. RFP documents will be available on BC Bid beginning October 16, 2026. Interested parties must submit their proposals in accordance with the RFP requirements no later than November 5, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
