Whether you’re planning practices, games, tournaments, or even birthday parties, booking early ensures you get the time and space you need.

Booking Deadlines

• July and August bookings: Submit by April 24, 2026
• September to December bookings: Submit by June 15, 2026

These deadlines apply to:

• Weekly/recurring bookings (practices, training, games)
• One-time events (tournaments, special events)

👉 Important: After deadlines pass, availability becomes very limited. Priority is given to groups who submit on time, along with City programs and drop-in use.

How to Book

To confirm your booking:

• Submit your request before the deadline
• Provide payment at time of booking
• Submit proof of insurance:
  • $5 Million Commercial General Liability
  • City of Dawson Creek listed as Additional Insured (including facility name)
  • 30 days written notice of cancellation
  • Valid for the duration of your booking
• Sign the License to Use and Occupy Agreement
