Proposed Policy Amendment - Recruitment, Selection & Employment Equity Policy

At the Regular Meeting of Council held August 24, 2026, Council proposed to adopt a new policy, the Recruitment, Selection & Employment Equity Policy, and to rescind the Hiring of Personnel Policy, the Hiring of Staff Policy, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Policy.

The Guidelines for Hiring Policy and the Induction of a New Employee Policy will also be rescinded and converted into administrative procedures.
