City Department Phone Lines Are Back Up and Running

All City Department Phone Lines, including the Fire Hall Phone Line, are back up and running.

Call individual departments directly via the information on our Contacts page or call 311 to be directed to a department by Staff.

Thank you for your patience while our phone service was being restored over these last few months.

Proposed Policy - Community Services Refund/Transfer/Credit Policy

At the Regular Meeting of Council held August 24, 2026, Council proposed to adopt a new policy, the Community Services Refund/Transfer/Credit Policy.
The new policy is available for review here.
Any member of the public who feels they may be affected by the proposed changes to the City of Dawson Creek’s policies may submit their comments regarding these proposed changes in writing no later than 4:30 PM on September 25, 2026, to Tab Young, Corporate Officer by:
