PUBLIC NOTICE ANNUAL MEETING - June 29, 2026

Notice is hereby given pursuant to sections 98 and 99 of the Community Charter that the City of Dawson Creek’s 2025 Annual Municipal Report has been prepared and is now available for public inspection.

The 2025 Annual Municipal Report will be presented at the Annual Meeting scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 10105 12A Street, Dawson Creek, BC.

The report is available for viewing at City Hall, 10105 12A Street, upstairs in the Administration Department, during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It is also available for viewing online.

Written submissions and questions regarding the Annual Report will be accepted until 12:00 noon on Friday, June 26, 2026. Submissions may be emailed or delivered to City Hall at 10105 12A Street, Dawson Creek, BC. Submissions received by the deadline will be included on the agenda for the Annual Meeting.

Members of the public are also invited to attend the Annual Meeting in person to ask questions about the Annual Report or view the live stream on the City of Dawson Creek Facebook page.
