Temporary Phone Service Update

The phone lines at the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre and Tourism Dawson Creek are currently unavailable while phone numbers are being transferred to a new permanent line.

To reach either facility by phone during this transition, please call 250-784-3600 and a team member will direct your call to the appropriate department.

Other City Department Phone Lines, including the Fire Hall Phone Line, are back up and running.

Call individual departments directly via the information on our Contacts page or call 311 to be directed to a department by Staff.

Thank you for your patience while our phone service was being restored over these last few months.

Swimming lesson registration opens at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 28.

To avoid delays and secure your spot, we encourage everyone to register online through our recreation portal.
