Changing Your Address

BC property assessments, property tax notices, and speculation tax notices are being sent to the mailing address listed at the land title office. The mailing address does not need to be the same as the address of the property itself. If your mailing address has changed it is your responsibility to update the City of Dawson Creek in one of the following ways.

BC property owners can update the mailing address on a land title online using the BC Services Card app. 

Mail or hand-deliver to a Land Title Office

Complete an application and mail or deliver it in person by appointment at a Land Title Office.
