Permissive Property Tax Exemption

Submit an application for a Permissive Property Tax Exemption to request a one-year exemption in the City of Dawson Creek. New applicants must complete both the application form and the supplemental form to be considered. Council will consider all applications and notify organizations accordingly. The Chief Financial Officer reviews all applications received.

Who is eligible?

Applicants must be:

• A non-profit organization listed as an owner on the property tax notice within the City
• Benefiting the welfare of the community and individuals in the City
