Tax Certificates

Tax Certificates are available to anyone who requests one. The certificate must show:

  • the amount of unpaid taxes charged against the specified property
  • whether the real property has been sold for taxes
  • if the property has been sold for taxes, the time remaining for redemption and the amount required to redeem it
