Tax Certificates

Tax Certificates are available to anyone who requests one. The certificate must show:

• the amount of unpaid taxes charged against the specified property
• whether the real property has been sold for taxes
• if the property has been sold for taxes, the time remaining for redemption and the amount required to redeem it

Get a certificate

• Email our Tax Clerk, or
• Purchase online with a credit card
  • Use the API Canada portal to create an account and ask for a certificate. For help with the online tax certificates, contact API Customer Service:
