Walking Track

The Wayne & Bev Dahlen Walking Track is a free indoor track open to all ages, featuring both a running lane and a walking lane. Please note that indoor walking may also take place at the Kin Arena Sports Floor when scheduled.

Get walking

When using the Wayne & Bev Dahlen Walking Track:

Bring clean, indoor shoes
Leave valuables in your locked vehicle or at home
Wipe the wheels of strollers or wheelchairs before using the track
Sign-in at the pool front desk or the box office centre according to the schedule
Use the elevator or stairs to access the track
Follow the arrows on the track

When using the Kin Arena Sports Floor Walking Track:

Bring clean, indoor shoes
Leave valuables in your locked vehicle or at home
Wipe the wheels of strollers or wheelchairs before using the track
Sign-in at the Kin Arena front desk

Schedule

Hours may be affected by events being hosted in the centre or holiday closures. View the monthly schedule below. Please note, doors to the track open five minutes before the scheduled opening time.

Event days including days before and after an event for set-up and takedown

Location

The indoor walking track alternates between two locations:

• The Wayne & Bev Dahlen Walking Track on the 3rd floor of the Ovintiv Events Centre
• The Kin Arena Sports Floor

To enter the Ovintiv Events Centre, please use the main doors of the Kenn Borek Aquatic Centre on the north side of the building.

Locations vary depending on facility availability, so please refer to the Walking Track Schedule for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
