Phone Service Update

The City Department Phone Lines, including the Fire Hall Phone Line, are back up and running.

Call individual departments directly via the information on our Contacts page or call 311 to be directed to a department by Staff.

Thank you for your patience while our phone service was being restored over these last few months.

Ice Programs

During the winter months, we offer drop-in skating and skating lessons at our arenas. Skate and Helmet Rentals, as well as skate aids, are available.

Skating programs such as Learn to Skate will show up under the "Skating" section in the "Sports" activity section of our programs below.

We understand that plans can change. The City of Dawson Creek's Community Services Refund/Credit/Transfer Policy outlines the guidelines for refunds, account credits and transfers for registered programs, courses, passes and other eligible Community Services purchases.
