Pool Rentals

The swimming pool is available to be rented by groups or individuals. You can rent the entire facility or a part such as a lane, the leisure pool, the lap pool or a meeting room. Availability is dependent on the public swim schedule.

Steps to Book

  1. Make payment at time of booking
  2. Submit a copy of your insurance. If you don't have any, you can purchase it through us - view the details on the next tab.
    • Our insurance requirements are:
      • 5 Million Commercial General Liability
      • City of Dawson Creek added as "Additional Insured", as well as the facility name
      • 30 days written notice of insurance cancellation
      • Insurance must be valid
  3. Sign the License to Use and Occupy contract.

Apply for rental insurance through the MIABC Event Policy Portal. All renters of City of Dawson Creek facilities are required to have rental insurance. The MIABC Portal is quick and easy to use. 

Steps to Complete

  1. Tentatively book the facility with us through email or by phone at 250-782-7946.
  2. Apply for $5 million liability insurance through the portal
  3. MIABC will forward your insurance information to us
  4. We will contact you to complete your booking

Cost

Our Fees and Charges Bylaw is updated each year through Council and new prices are in effect as of May 1st. 

Lane rentals are only available during regular operating hours.
