Sports Floor Rentals

Book the Kin Arena Sports Floor for your next event. Host a birthday party, tournament, team-building day and more on the floor!

Sports equipment is available on site for use. Inquire with staff at the time of booking.

Steps to Book

  1. Make payment at time of booking
  2. Submit a copy of your insurance. If you don't have any, you can purchase it through us - view the details on the next tab.
    • Our insurance requirements are:
      • 5 Million Commercial General Liability
      • City of Dawson Creek added as "Additional Insured", as well as the facility name
      • 30 days written notice of insurance cancellation
      • Insurance must be valid
  3. Sign the License to Use and Occupy contract

Apply for rental insurance through the MIABC Event Policy Portal. All renters of City of Dawson Creek facilities are required to have rental insurance. The MIABC Portal is quick and easy to use. 

Steps to Complete

  1. Tentatively book the facility with us through email or by phone at 250-784-3611
  2. Apply for $5 million liability insurance through the portal
  3. MIABC will forward your insurance information to us
  4. We will contact you to complete your booking

Prices are subject to change and increase each year on May 1st as per the Fees and Charges Bylaw.
